"High House is the perfect place to get married! The staff are all so lovely and helpful! Our event manager was Ella and she made us feel completely at ease and was always on hand to answer any questions we had, her calm nature and excellent organisation was very much appreciated. The team on the day made sure that everything was perfect for us and made the place look amazing. We cannot recommend High House enough, the barn and orangery are beautiful and all of ours guests were saying how amazing the venue was and how lovely the staff were. Absolutely everyone loved the food and kept mentioning throughout the day how nice it was - it was all delicious! On the lead up to the day, the communications with the team made it feel so smooth and easy - they truly did take away any nerves that we had. We had an amazing tasting evening too which is such a nice touch! The DJ Daren was excellent and was able to fit in lots of different genres, nothing was off limits and we had such a good evening with lots of dancing! We had a fantastic day and that was achievable due to the amazing team at High House." - 11th October 2025

"Wow wow where do I start with this venue! We fell in love with it as soon as we walked through the entrance at our first viewing, and we’re so excited at the prospect of the Orangery. The grounds are absolutely stunning and the fact that the bridal suite, family’s accommodation and our honeymoon suite were all onsite just made for the perfect experience. Not only were we in love with the venue but as we started planning we realised that with the perfect venue came the most amazing staff! From start to finish, the girls especially our planner Stevie were nothing other than extraordinary. Nothing was ever too much to ask, they were always so punctual in replying to our questions and on the actual day itself they knew exactly how to run things so that timing and the whole day was just flawless. Also, the food, from the food tasting to picking what we wanted and to any dietary requirements, the chef clearly knows what he was doing as it was delicious. There was such a variety to choose from for all requirements as well. To summarise, we couldn’t have asked for a better experience and I would urge anyone to book this place as it really was a fairytale!! "We got married at High House on the 4th September and we cannot recommend the venue enough to any future couple getting married. From the moment we first saw the venue and met Lily we knew this was our special place. Everyone is professional and friendly and they make you feel part of the High House family. The Barn and Orangery are simply stunning and all of our guests commented on what a beautiful venue it is. Lily was our wedding planner and she is simply amazing! From the moment we met Lily we felt comfortable and knew she would help us plan our special day. Nothing was too much trouble for her and she made organising our day in just under 5 months stress free and fun! "From start to finish high house were absolutely incredible. We booked high house when it was originally a marquee venue and were so pleased with the results of the updated orangery! Harriette communicated with us throughout our booking up until the big day. On the day of the ceremony she was incredibly attentive, helping us with the set up and take down. The whole day was faultless and everyone commented on how relaxed the day was, which is a testament to High House and other suppliers on the day. Harriette answered all our emails with such clarity making the process so easy but she also made things fun for us when we held meetings! We feel so lucky to have had Harriette be our coordinator on our wedding day and all our guests said how incredible she was and all the staff that were there on our day. "We would like to just say a huge thank you for an amazing wedding at high house. Every member of the team were, happy, friendly and all on hand to help. It was such a fairy tale wedding from the moment we arrived till we left. I must admit the only down fall was it went too quick! Stevie was our wedding co-ordinator and she was extremely good, helped me with my dress throughout the day as it decided to break on me 🤦‍♀️ not just once but 3 times lol. The venue it self is literally perfect, fresh cut lawn every day and maintained to a very high standard throughout. My whole wedding party was blown away with how picturesque it was. "Absolutely incredible. It really was the most magical day, even better than I imagined. The venue is gorgeous and every member of staff was so incredibly lovely and helpful. Stevie was AMAZING and kept everything under control, I loved how she was on it with any questions I had from the build up to the wedding, to the day itself. Kate (bar staff/waitress) was phenomenal with my grandad, she was so attentive and even got him a more comfortable chair for the evening as he struggles to walk and move around. "We recently got married at high house and I 100% recommend this venue for your wedding. We were so over the moon with everything, from the initial viewing right up until the wedding day. Every person at High House we dealt with was super professional and friendly, who couldn’t be any more helpful. Always ready to answer questions when needed. The whole day flowed so well, everyone kept telling me what an amazing job Abbie was doing on the day (special thank you to Abbie for being our coordinator and making sure the day was perfect for me, and also to Ella who was very helpful at the start of our planning) we loved the marquee as we had booked in 2023 but wow the orangery exceeded our expectations! So happy with this and the guests kept telling me it was the most stunning venue they had been to. The food and DJ were also amazing. "OUTSTANDING!!! We recently got married at High House in July 2025 and the day was nothing short of perfect. The venue is beautiful and the staff are incredible, so friendly and attentive. We can't thank the team enough for everything they did. A huge thank you to Harriette, Hayley & Ella who were amazing from start to finish. Harriette was so lovely and she made the day run so seamless and completely stress free. Hayley was amazing with my little girl who was causing a little bit of mischief haha, but she kept an eye out for her whilst we were getting ready and during the ceremony and honestly took the worry away from us and ensured we could enjoy those key moments. Ella was incredible, especially in the evening where she ensured we enjoyed every moment! They honestly made our day so special! We wish we could relive it all over again. "My Husband and I, recently married at High House, June 2025. We had the most amazing day. We booked quite in advance and a number of changes were made due to a change in ownership. The team were brilliant, addressing any concerns we had - however these were completely unnecessary on our part. The venue is stunning, we fell in love with it before, but the changes made have well exceeded our expectations - it is beautiful. Every single one of our guests were in awe at the beauty of the orangery, barn and grounds - it really is the most perfect and idyllic setting. Our 'team' consisted of Hayley, Ella and Lilly - all of whom are just so utterly fantastic. We turned up ready to enjoy our day and have a great time and boy did we do just that. These ladies kept everything running smoothly and just didn't stop, they work so hard and deserve an extra special mention. All of our suppliers were 'preferred suppliers' of High House and I cannot recommend that you stick to preferred suppliers enough. They are used to all the timings and protocol and it meant that we had not one single worry about anything as they are all there on such a regular basis. I honestly cannot convey enough just how special this venue and the whole team are, we left the morning after our wedding with a massive sense of privilege at being able to have all these wonderful people support us and join us on our day. "We got married here on the 25th May 2025. High house is a beautiful venue and you fall in love with the place as soon as you walk onto the grounds. We were lucky enough that we got to use their brand new Orangery which has panoramic views of the lake and looks amazing day and night. We loved the way there was a dedicated space for the bride to get ready, accommodation for up to 27 people including the bride and groom in the cute couples retreat room. We had a tasting session at their sister venue Copdock Hall where we got to try the majority of the menu and drink and was such a romantic date night. Throughout the process we had Ella as our events planner. She could not have done enough for us before and during the wedding and was really great with our kids. She made us feel relaxed and took our mind off of the day so we could truly enjoy ourselves. I feel the price was very reasonable for the venue compared to other equal competitors and would highly recommend this venue to anyone looking to get married." - 25th May 2025

"Just perfection! High House gave us the most incredible day and we genuinely couldn't have asked for more. From the second we walked into the venue we got chills and knew this is where we were going to get married. Every inch of high house is perfect and the new orangery has just elevated it even further. All of the staff are so lovely and our wedding coordinator Stevie was amazing. Nothing was too much to ask and they bought out whole vision to life. We had so many people comment on how stunning the venue was, how amazing the food was and how lovely the accommodation was as well. When we say it was perfect, we mean it. "The whole team from start to finish was so helpful, reassuring and nothing felt too much! We had Ella in our first initial meeting who made us feel at ease and like we was in safe hands! From our second meeting onwards we had Jessica who was a great help and was our event planner on the day. We cant thank Jessica enough for all her help on the day and the lead up. The whole team at High House was amazing during the 2 years from booking to the wedding day. The food tasting event is one of our favourite 'date nights' to date! was so much fun and the food and drink was flowing. Our day ran so smoothly and we have had nothing but compliments back from all our guests, the orangery and the stable bar are great additions and we couldn't be happier with how our day went. "We had our dream wedding at High House! We were the first wedding in the brand new Orangery and Stable Bar and I can’t describe how stunning it is. Our guests were absolutely blown away! Hayley and our wedding planner, Jessica, went above and beyond to make sure everything was perfect on the day. All of our guests have been saying it is the best wedding they have ever been to. The whole process with High House - from the open days, the meetings, the food tasting, and the day itself - has been incredible. I honestly felt sad the day after the wedding that we had no more reasons to visit the venue and see everyone! If you are thinking of booking this venue for your wedding, please do.
